All payments made to Nevercrox Solutions are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
2. Service-Based Work
Due to the nature of marketing, consulting, and digital services:
Once work has commenced, no refunds will be issued
Time, effort, and resources are allocated immediately upon confirmation
3. Advance Payments
Advance or booking fees are strictly non-refundable
These secure project timelines, resources, and planning
4. Partial Refunds (Exceptional Cases)
Refunds may be considered only if:
The project has not yet started, OR
We are unable to deliver the agreed service
All such cases will be evaluated at our sole discretion.
5. Client Delays / Non-Responsiveness
Delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds
Projects may be paused or rescheduled without refund
6. Third-Party Costs
Any third-party expenses (ads spend, influencer payments, tools, etc.) are:
Non-refundable under any circumstances
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will be considered a breach of agreement
